Every product at Visual Tools includes a fully functional free browser demo. You can write notes, build invoices, manage boards, apply themes, and test every core feature before spending anything. We strongly encourage you to try the product completely before purchasing. There is no time limit on the demo.
Because our products are digital goods delivered as permanent personal access links, all sales are final once the link has been accessed. This is standard practice for digital products and is clearly stated at the point of purchase. The free demo exists precisely so you know exactly what you are buying before you pay.
If your access link was not delivered within 30 minutes of purchase, check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us via the contact page with your Stripe receipt and we will resend your link within 1 business day.
If your link does not work or you experience a technical problem on our end, contact us within 7 days. Any issue caused by our system will be resolved immediately at no further cost to you.
The optional €4.99/year storage renewal is a separate recurring charge. You may cancel your storage renewal at any time from your billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges — it does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period. Your data can be exported at any time from within the app.
