Free tools (QR Generator, Watermark Studio): zero data collected. All processing happens entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server at any point.
Paid products (Digital Notebook, Invoice Generator Pro, Project Board): we collect only your email address, used by Stripe to deliver your access link. We do not store or use it beyond that transaction.
Everything you write, create, or upload inside our tools is yours. Notes, invoices, boards, logos, and images are processed in your browser and saved to your account storage. We do not read, analyse, sell, or share your content under any circumstances.
Paid products use Cloudflare's infrastructure to store your data securely against your personal access key. This is the technical mechanism that allows your data to persist across devices and sessions. Your data is encrypted in transit, stored under a key only you hold, and is never accessed by Visual Tools staff for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.
You can export your data at any time from within the app. If you choose not to renew storage after year one, your data remains accessible for the duration of the paid period and can be exported before it expires.
All payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, receive, or store your card details. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled during checkout.
We use no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no social media trackers on any page of this site. There is no third-party JavaScript loaded on product pages beyond Google Fonts for typography.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold. The only personal data we ever collect is the email address used for delivery. To make a data request, contact us via the contact page. We respond within 2 business days.
Your email address is retained only as long as needed to deliver your access link and handle any delivery issues. Account storage data is retained for the duration of your active storage period. You may request deletion at any time.
